"The dolphin serves as the central symbol — Lovina's unique identity and distinctive appeal that cannot be found in other destinations."

Lovina Festival 2026 comes with a new concept that is more focused on its primary purpose as a tourism event: to promote the tourism destinations, cultural heritage, and outstanding potential of Buleleng Regency to both domestic and international visitors. Unlike conventional community festivals, Lovina Festival 2026 is designed as a showcase of North Bali tourism, capable of attracting visitors while providing a memorable travel experience.

This year, Lovina Festival will present a fresher and more distinctive concept compared to previous editions. The selection of performers is carefully curated based on tourists' interests and preferences, ensuring that each performance not only entertains the local community but also serves as a strong attraction for visitors traveling to Lovina. The festival duration has been extended to five days — allowing visitors more time to enjoy a wide range of attractions, encouraging longer stays in the Lovina area, and generating greater economic benefits for tourism businesses and the local community.

It can be interpreted as a tourism attraction concept that presents Lovina as a stage for world-class travel experiences, rather than merely a community celebration or mass entertainment event — a "destination showcase" designed to captivate visitors through artistic, exclusive, and authentically North Balinese experiences. "Theatre of Dolphins" portrays Lovina as a stage for marine and cultural tourism, where every festival activity becomes part of an immersive experience designed to create emotional, visual, and cultural appeal for visitors — artistic, exclusive, and authentically North Balinese.

Lovina Festival 2026 is more than just a festival — it is a journey to discover, experience, and embrace the true charm of North Bali.

Two zones · one coastline

The Magical Lovina

Lovina Festival is North Bali's premier tourism showcase, organized by the Buleleng Regency Government at Lovina Beach — one of the curated national events of Kharisma Event Nusantara. Where the mountains meet the sea and the sunsets are nothing short of spectacular.

Traditional dance, gamelan, visual art and Buleleng's culinary heritage — and beyond the festival grounds, the quiet wonder that made Lovina famous: dolphins at sunrise.
